As my mom would say, "How's it hanging?". Haven't go much done recently. i know. i know... Whatever happened to making the most out of things?

Last weekend i went rollerskating (well, i tried) and then it was Luxúria. i saw some good friends, and had a nice time. We went mostly because it was my friends birthday, and i baked him cookies.

i fall down and go boom!

Then came a week filled with movies (some good, some bad. Some inspiring) and dancing. Oh, and muscular pain and voice exercises. School is back! There was a lot of fruit, and exercising, and hormones gone wild. At the end of it all, i eventually lost 1 kg. And finally did my hair.
...
Burlesque was in order last night. Or as my friend (promoter of the party and very talented artist) Nono likes to put it - Vintage Striptease. Fine. Toeses are toeses and roses are roses, right?
So there were at least 3 hours of rehearsal last night, and a lot of studying. May the gods of YouTube be blessed.

Then there was hair and makeup. My pasties refused to stick - which naturally happens if one applies body oil to the nipples before attaching them. Duh! And i wasted a bit of time from the fact i heated the wrong curling iron... and had to wait for the flat thin one to warm. But it turned out fine. It always does. And that's why i love burlesque. Anything goes.
I finally had that Bloody Mary! And it was good!
So after dancing, we stayed around for a little while, enjoyed the band and talked to some very nice people. Of course, it's always a bit strange hanging out after people have seen you with your clothes off... Nothing a gin fizz can't fix.
...
Well, i'm showered and dressed. So i'm off to gorge on awesome cantonese cuisine and buy nummy exotic fruit. Enjoy your day!
